Welcome to Class 2 (Year 2, 3 & 4 Children)
Our topic this term is Robin Hood, including a recent visit to "The Tales of Robin Hood" centre in Nottingham where Will Scarlet led our class into a virtual Sherwood Forest and Medieval world.
As part of our Healthy Living project we have baked our own bread and designed our own sandwiches.
We enjoy many fun sporting activities, including this term, Multiskills, Non-Contact Kick Boxing, and Cricket coaching with a Yorkshire County Cricket Club Coach.
We are a lively bunch who thrive on new experiences and challenges. Our children are very sporty and really welcome the expertise gained from working with outside agencies.
Being creative, imaginative and learning new skills are important to us. We work as a team and encourage input from everyone in class. We are proud of our valuable link with Design Centre North.
During Summer Term we are looking forward to a Jamaican extravaganza!
